Bluebelles

BluebellesThe Bluebelles are Exeter University’s newest A Cappella group. Formed in 2013, this all-female group transform songs old and new (think Louis Armstrong to Taylor Swift – yes, really) into jazz and female barbershop wonders.

In their first year of singing together the girls performed in the Best of the South West competition, and this year have helped to raise money for local charities, sung at a local residential home and also managed to keep up regular gigs. In 2015 they plan to expand their horizons, entering the Voice Festival UK and collaborating with other groups.

The girls will be heading to Edinburgh this summer to complete their debut Fringe run, and couldn’t be more excited.
